The Symphonia Semi-Flush combines turned components with spin-formed elements and a glass ball diffuser. The fixture is fabricated from plate and sheet brass stock with machined half ball and ball appliqué. The result is a fixture built with the same techniques we use on our restoration work. Most fixtures at this price use die-cast bodies that limit detail and durability.

Manufacturing Process
Each Symphonia Semi-Flush Mount is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The turned components are produced on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock. The spun elements are formed from brass sheet stock on traditional spinning lathes. Plate and sheet stock components are bent, formed, and joined using fabrication techniques. Machined ball appliqués are turned from individual brass blanks. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The glass globe is fitted, the fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards, and tested before shipping.
