The Symphonia Delux Chandelier combines turned components with spin-formed elements and glass ball diffusers. From the bottom up: glass globes held by spinnings, each spinning sits inside nested turnings up each step with machined ball stem breaks. The body is fabricated from sheet and bar brass stock with half ball and machined ball appliqué. The result is a fixture built with the same techniques we use on our restoration work. Most fixtures at this price use die-cast bodies that limit detail and durability.

Manufacturing Process
Each Symphonia Delux Chandelier is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The turned components are produced on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock to precise tolerances. The spun elements are formed from brass sheet stock on traditional spinning lathes. The body is fabricated from sheet and bar brass stock with bending, forming, and welding operations. Machined ball stem breaks and appliqués are turned from individual brass blanks. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. Glass globes are fitted into the spun gathers, the fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards, and tested before shipping.
