The Symphonia Chandelier is fabricated from brass with turned components stepping into spun components with hand-blown glass globes. Turned and spun brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match. The nested turnings, machined ball stem breaks, and spun bowl forms are shaped to specification, hand-finished to our standards, then electrically assembled and tested.

Manufacturing Process
Each Symphonia Chandelier is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The turned components are produced on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock to precise tolerances. The nested turnings are assembled with machined ball stem breaks and spun bowl forms. Hand-blown glass globes are fitted into the spun component gathers. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards with multiple circuits, then tested before shipping.
