Stria Pendant

The Stria Pendant's dominant element is a frosted opal glass sphere. Brass appears as a ring at the top and an equatorial band that wraps the globe's center; the glass sphere is the light's primary visible surface, diffusing the candelabra lamps into a soft, even glow. This is a glass fixture with brass hardware, not an all-brass form. The ring and band are fabricated in our Floyd, Virginia workshop, and the fixture is offered in five brass finishes, from bright polished to dark oil-rubbed patinas.

Manufacturing Process

Each Stria Pendant is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The brass ring and equatorial band are fabricated from individual brass members that are precision-cut, formed, and welded to specification. The opal glass sphere is fitted to the band, and the assembly is completed with the suspension. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards and tested before shipping.
