The Solvay Ceiling Bowl is a water-jet cut brass ring. The bowl shape is cut and assembled in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The result is a fixture built with the same techniques we use on our restoration work. Most fixtures at this price use hollow tube or pipe. Solid bar stock gives structural integrity that hollow alternatives can't match.

Manufacturing Process
Each Solvay Ceiling Bowl is water-jet cut in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The ring is cut to specification, assembled, then finished and electrically assembled.
