Regency Chandelier

The Regency is a six-arm chandelier with a cast metal body, machined rod arms, and a central hub. Six scrolled arms extend from the hub, each ending in a candle position, and an opal glass bowl sits at the center of the fixture. The body is cast in-house using traditional sand casting methods; the casting, the arm machining, and the final assembly all happen at our facility in Floyd, Virginia.

The chandelier is offered in five finishes: Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Aged Brass Patina, Antique Bronze Patina, and Oil-Rubbed Bronze Patina. Each finish is applied by hand using traditional patina techniques or mechanical polishing. The photo shows one of the five; the chandelier is cast and assembled to the same specification in each finish.

Manufacturing Process

Each Regency begins as a cast body produced in our Floyd, Virginia workshop using traditional sand casting methods. Sand casting leaves a rough as-cast surface, which is cleaned and dressed by hand before any finish is applied. The six arms are machined from rod stock and welded to the central hub, and the opal glass bowl is fitted to the assembly. The fixture is assembled, finished by hand — polished, patinated, or sealed as the finish calls for — and electrically assembled and tested. The finished chandelier is UL-listed for LED integrated or standard socket operation and is checked for finish, wiring, and mechanical soundness before shipping.
