The Providence Pendant combines machined and spin-formed brass elements with a large spun bowl diffuser. From the bottom up: a machined finial and stem with tiered spinnings, cast tapered arms leading to a large spun bowl that diffuses light downward. The chain and machined brass counterweight system are inspired by historical gasoliers. The result is a fixture built with the same techniques we use on our restoration work.

Manufacturing Process
Each Providence Pendant is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The finial and stem components are turned on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock. The bowl diffuser is spin-formed from brass sheet stock using traditional metal spinning techniques. Cast arms are produced in our foundry using brass patterns. All components are hand-finished with patina application where specified, then clear lacquer is applied to preserve the finish. The fixture is electrically assembled with wire connections that meet UL standards, then tested before shipping.
