Palladium II Chandelier

The Palladium II Chandelier is fabricated from machined brass parts and water-jet cut plate stock with welded construction. Fabricated brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that hollow alternatives can't match. The machined parts and jet-cut plate are formed to specification, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process

Each Palladium II Chandelier is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The machined brass parts are produced on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock to precise tolerances. The plate stock elements are water-jet cut from brass sheet using computer-controlled precision cutting. The two-tier form requires careful alignment of the upper and lower sections during assembly. All machined and cut components are welded together using traditional brazing techniques. All brass components are hand-finished with patina application where specified, then sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards and tested before shipping.
