The Mills Flush Mount is fabricated from brass in a traditional drum form: frosted white opal glass panels form the side drum and the bottom diffuser disc, with a central brass finial. Fabricated brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match. Each unit is hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested.
The fixture is offered in Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Aged Brass Patina, Antique Bronze Patina, and Oil-Rubbed Bronze Patina. The photograph shows one finish; the white opal glass panels are standard across all of them.

Manufacturing Process
Each Mills Flush is fabricated in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. Brass sheet and plate stock is cut to pattern using precision shearing operations. The drum frame and finial are bent and formed using traditional metalworking techniques, then joined with careful welding. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The glass panels are fitted, the fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards, then tested before shipping.
