Manchester II Sconce
Tax excluded. Shipping calculated at checkout
The Manchester II Sconce is a two-light wall fixture fabricated from brass. The backplate features a decorative curved top edge, and a sturdy horizontal arm extends outward to support the main body. The frame holds white opal glass panels in a hexagonal arrangement with a curved urn-like bowl at the bottom. Most sconces at this price use die-cast bodies that limit detail and durability. The Manchester II is assembled from individual components, each fabricated to specification in our Floyd, Virginia workshop, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process
Each Manchester II Sconce is fabricated in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. Brass sheet and plate stock is cut to pattern using precision shearing operations. The lantern frame is built from individual brass members that are bent and formed using traditional metalworking techniques, then joined with careful welding. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards, then tested before shipping.
