The Lectern is a wall-mounted reading light, not a freestanding desk lamp. Its entire support is a flat backplate that screws directly to the wall — no base, no feet — with the candelabra light held on a short arm above the plate. That makes it right for a headboard wall, a bedside niche, or a reading corner where a table lamp has nowhere to go. The body is fabricated brass, cut, bent, and welded in our Floyd, Virginia workshop, and finished in one of five factory finishes.

Manufacturing Process
Each Lectern is fabricated from brass in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. Sheet and plate stock is cut to pattern, bent and formed, then joined with careful welding to specification. The form is individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested.
