Lebanon Sconce

The Lebanon Sconce is hand-forged from brass with scrollwork, cast rosette accents, and machined finials. Hand-forged brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match. The forged scrollwork and cast accents are shaped to specification, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process

Each Lebanon Sconce is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The scrollwork elements are hand-forged from brass blanks using traditional metal forging techniques. The cast rosette accents are produced in our foundry using brass patterns. The machined finials are turned on CNC lathes from solid brass bar stock. All forged, cast, and machined components are hand-finished with patina application where specified, then sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards and tested before shipping.
