Tax excluded. Shipping calculated at checkout
The Hedingham Wall Sconce is an open-frame wall light fabricated in our shop in Floyd, Virginia, where Crenshaw Lighting has built lighting fixtures since 1957. The body is fabricated brass — cut, formed, and assembled by hand rather than die-cast — which gives the fixture the structural integrity that cast or spun alternatives can't match. The frame is left open: no lens, no panels, and light straight from the sockets, which reads lighter and less boxy than a fully enclosed sconce while keeping the same structural integrity. The fixture is NRTL-listed for dry or damp locations.
The photo shows the Standard Paint version in a white satin finish. The Hedingham Wall Sconce is offered in six finishes: Standard Paint, Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Aged Brass Patina, Antique Bronze Patina, and Oil-Rubbed Bronze Patina. The brass versions are hand-finished one at a time: each body is hand-polished or hand-satinened, patinas are applied by hand where specified, and every fixture is sealed with clear lacquer so the surface holds up in the weather the rating allows.
Construction is the same as every Crenshaw fixture. Sheet brass is cut, formed, and assembled to specification for each order, by the same people who finish it. There are no dies to stock and no off-the-shelf castings to reorder; if a dimension matters to your application, the form can be made to it.

Manufacturing Process
Each Hedingham Wall Sconce is fabricated from brass, shaped to specification, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested before it ships. The fabricated construction is what gives it the structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match.
Installation Notes Professional installation is recommended. Mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included with every fixture.
