The Hampton Roads Globe Pendant is fabricated from brass with clean geometric lines. Fabricated brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match. The form is fabricated to specification, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process
Each Hampton Roads Globe Pendant is fabricated in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. Brass sheet and plate stock is cut to pattern using precision shearing operations. The Art Deco geometric form requires precise alignment of all structural members before final welding. The globe housing is formed using traditional metal bending techniques, with each seam carefully welded and ground smooth. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards, then tested before shipping.
