The Dahlia Pendant is a single-layer flower form fabricated from brass. The floral head is built from individual brass petals stamped to specification and arranged in a tight concentric pattern around a central hub. A thin suspension rod connects the flower head to a circular ceiling canopy. Most pendants at this price use die-cast bodies that limit detail and durability. The Dahlia is assembled from individual components, each fabricated to specification in our Floyd, Virginia workshop, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process
Each Dahlia Pendant is built in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The individual brass petals are precision-stamped from brass sheet stock using custom tooling. Each petal is formed to specification, then hand-assembled into concentric layers around the central hub. The thin suspension rod is turned from solid brass bar stock, and the circular ceiling canopy is spun from brass sheet. All brass components are hand-finished with patina application where specified, then sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards and tested before shipping.
