Alden Chandelier

The Alden Chandelier is cast from solid brass in a historic gasolier style with traditional arm construction. Cast brass construction gives the fixture structural integrity that die-cast alternatives can't match. The form is cast to specification, individually hand-polished or satined, patinated where specified, and sealed with clear lacquer, then electrically assembled and tested. Built to outlast fixtures made from lesser materials.

Manufacturing Process

Each Alden Chandelier is cast from solid brass in our Floyd, Virginia workshop. The foundry casting process produces the substantial form in a single pour, with each component cast to precise tolerances. After casting, rough edges are ground and the surface is prepared for finishing. All brass components receive hand-finishing with patina application where specified, then are sealed with clear lacquer. The fixture is electrically assembled to UL standards with multiple circuits, then tested before shipping.
